Scientists Conduct Tests on the Possible Impact of Aroma Therapy Some people have started believing ⑾that aroma therapy can increase vigor and strengthen memory. Scientists chose 25 adults who did not use aroma therapy and had them try the procedure. They  were then asked to take tests designed to measure memory skills and reaction time. They could remember more than the other group. Researchers were then able to conclude that aroma therapy is far more efficient than caffeine, naps, and exercise in improving memory and energy.
